SHAKARAKAND AU GRATIN

Every Year during Thanksgiving I am given certain Tasks to perform by my Mrs.

This Year She handed me the Sweet Potatoes to deal with.

I thought to myself Aha! Let’s do the famous Ruth’s Chris Steak House Sweet Potato Casserole…& so I mentally prepared my self to do so.

Then a Flash of An Idea came across my mind & I Started Thinking about Making A Unique Indian Dish & this is my own Creation.

Sweet Potatoes. 🍠 in India’s National Language: Hindi is SHAKARAKAND since I breaded my roasted & cut and friend Sweet Potatoes I decided to give it an Indo-Italian appeal & hence BEHOLD:
